I’ve spent 25+ years building relationships and partnerships across several sectors and around the world - building and reinvigorating teams to grow their skills and confidence to do likewise.Commercially for brands like Nestle, McDonalds, Disney, Johnnie Walker et al – and latterly in the non-profit arena for national children’s’ charities, I have conceived and delivered mutually beneficial programmes for many types of organisation – commercial, charitable and governmental. In addition to the UK, I have worked in Africa and North America.My combination of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, advertising, entrepreneurship and latterly Third Sector management is eclectic at first sight; I really feel that each step has led me to the next and I continue to learn and add to that experience every day.A unique way of looking at opportunities, challenges, business models and solutions equips me well for the fast-moving, agile world of today.My passion is for Social Justice/ Social Enterprise and I want to make a difference. I'm privileged to be able to follow that passion.
