• Generated revenue growth for two new market segments (Source and Infovest). Contracted 26 clients to Enterprise Benchamrk Service (EBS)
• Created a robust sales pipeline across buy-side/sell side firms as well as custodians
• Developed presentations, press releases and marketing materials
• Built out a complete new sales organisation from the ground up, including the implementation of a CRM, lead generation process and revenue tracking capabilities
• Worked with product management, executive team and consulting to introduce solutions to new accounts while enhancing products and winning new business

• Evolved the distribution network and revenue of LSE-IS’s distribution channel clients. Key elements:
• Developed and implemented a global and strategic plan for distribution channels in order to maximise revenue for the end user sales team.
• Evolved commercial policies to ensure greater control and visibility on FTSE Russell indices
• Implemented better declaration and usage reporting in order to pinpoint end client and vendor usage of LSE-IS’s real time
• Developed and expanded top-level strategic relationships with existing distribution channels
• Introduced and implemented a CRM tool (salesforce) within Global Distribution in order to provide better reporting to ISMT.
