This involves reporting, tracking of learners, cascading of information to team, compliance and management of deadlines.-Lead IV for all qualifications delivered within the organisation, both funded and commercial. Generating the policies and procedures for all aspects of internal quality assurance and cascading these to all staff. Working closely with IV staff to ensure all assessors are consistently fully compliant. Ensuring all practice is meeting the inspection framework guidelines as outlined by Ofsted.-Sales & marketing of Apprenticeships working to strict forecasting- this involves relationship management and a variety of techniques to generate new business and re-sign business.
