Responsible for optimizing and innovating technical aspects of the production of clinical nutrition products.

- Developed the Improve Your Food Business (IYFB) training program, together with the SME development team of the International Labour organization (ILO) in Myanmar. This training program helps food processing entrepreneurs to start or improve their food processing business. I led training development, training of trainer sessions, and performance assessment of participants. and successfully trained 14 Master trainers, who in turn trained over 100 trainers. - Developed a curriculum on Food Processing for an independent vocational training institute in Myanmar. During a 2-week training program, 19 teachers were trained on food production techniques and basics of food quality and safety principles.- Provided advice on several other Fresh Studio projects on Food safety or food processing

Developed a curriculum on Food Safety and Quality Management for State Agricultural Institutes (SAIs) in Myanmar. I developed the curriculum and trained 24 teachers during a 5 day training. The teachers implemented this curriculum nation wide in Myanmar

H&S Coldstores receives raw fruits, purees, concentrate, juices and aromas to be used in the production process. Based on the recipes provided by customers, these products are processed into juices, purees and concentrates. As Process Technologist, I was responsible for various processes including crushing, blending, pureeing, pasteurising, homogenising and filling (aseptic and bag-in-box). My role was to ensure high quality standards for processing through improving work protocols and training production team (+/- 20 employees).Furthermore, I was a member of the H&S HACCP team. In this role, I worked closely together with the QA department on improving quality and safety procedures and executing internal audits for IFS Food standard.When a new aseptic filling machine was purchased, I was involved as the main Technical Expert. Incollaboration with the manufacturer, customers and QA department, I performed elaborate testing,trouble shooting, developed new work protocols and staff trainings.

As coach I was responsible for the recruitment, training and development of sailing instructors.
