About Mark Enache

👋 Product Designer & Researcher with ~10 YOE, ranging from early stage start-ups to larger enterprises. I've got a solid design school foundation with practical experience in multiple industries (insurtech, fintech, adtech, wellness, gaming) & different role types (in-house, contract, agency, IC, light Management) and pride myself on my ability to built relationship & rapport. I'm looking to step more into gaming or wellness, two areas that I'm ~wild~ about (lifetime gamer (action RPGs took my heart), and dancer / choreographer / teacher).Some stuff about me: - Fluent in all phases of design lifecycle (discovery > design > measure & iterate)- BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute (great (and rare today) foundations in graphics, visuals, & communication)- Practiced workshopper / facilitator- Solid understanding of front-end tech (love attending tech diagramming!)- Collaboration and relationships are key because great products are built by great teams; I believe we all are moving towards the same goal on any given team- Thrive when wearing multiple hats- Accustomed to working in modern agile product development- Hired for and managed small design teams (and I love mentoring!)
