As a SME my role was to provide a rewarding and engaging training experience for 150 new loan consultants for the addition of a new sales division. I welcomed them to the company and introduced them to their role, explained company benefits, policies, and expectations of the job. Development and facilitation of training was also a pivotal part of this job as I brought situational awareness and could explain the material using real world experiences.
