PROFILE Current role as Project specialist and Regional Lead (North/Latin America) for MM including Delivery and Shipping. Role and Responsibilities include are project implementation specialist foe minor enhancement from business requirements gathering,build,testing,implementaition and earranty support,also overall operation of NALA shift governing and addressing critical issues,deliverables and escalations process. Has 8years of experience in SAP Material Managements module as a Functional Support on Post Implementation Phase. This includes exposure on SAP Procurement, E-Sourcing and Logistics.   Handled Incident, Problem Management and Service Requests providing support to the clients for MM module. This covers Material procurement process, RFQ to GR (RTP) for both SAP Standard  and customized programs. Supports include configuration, program change/enhancement (through ABAP) and identifying permanent fix and workaround.   Also supported Supplier Related 3rd party system which dealt with process flow, data transmission through idoc(XML, EDI)and data maintenance.   Had basic knowledge in Master Data Maintenance configuration, such as Material Master and Vendor Master.   Take Role as Problem Manager focusing on Problem tickets identifying reoccurring issues, its permanent fix and Root Cause.   Partaken in to Software Developing by means of working on Minor Enhancements/Small Projects under SAP MM module.   Had 4 and a half years experience in solving other module such as WM,QM,PM and IM for Incident and Problem Management.   Participated in weekend validation for SAP and 3rd Party system for SAP down/Release schedule.   Currently Working on Delivery and Shipping (LE) module as TechnoFucntional Level 2 Support handling Incident and Service Request..
