Current responsibilities (with a focus on business analysis, risk management, change management, and service management) include:• Interacting/interfacing with local customer base 1000+ employees as the department IT liaison for application upgrades, change management, and service interruptions for local and global business processes and GMP computer systems.• Developing and maintaining effective business partnering relationships with the Zebulon site (quality, planning, logistics, laboratory, manufacturing, facilities).• Reviewing/editing procedures for use within the local IT department• Writing/reviewing/designing customer help articles and documentation• Gathering and documenting customer business requirements for proposed GMP computer systems/business processes.• Understanding customer/stakeholder needs, identifying how best to meet those needs and reduce costs, and then "re-engineering" the stream of processes to produce efficient and repeatable business processes/operational activities.• Understanding customer/stakeholder needs, identifying how best to meet those needs and reduce costs, and then "re-engineering" the stream of processes to produce efficient and repeatable business processes/operational activities.• Applying AGILE, Six Sigma, and ADP principles and methodologies to determine the best solution(s) for customer issues, business process modeling, and application/business process design.• Managing all levels of IT services/operational issues including applications, network infrastructure, and server fleets for the manufacturing of GSK respiratory products (BREO/Ellipta, Advair, Ventolin) and GSK HIV products (Tivicay and Triumeq).• Promoting digitalization of organizational business process (Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing, Power BI, Power Apps)• Supporting risk reduction in IT/OT Cyber Security (Windows 10, Cyber Hygiene, OT segregation).

Primary responsibilities included:• Interacting/interfacing with local customer base 1000+ employees as the department IT liaison for application upgrades, change management, and service interruptions for local and global business processes and GMP computer systems.• Performing cross-departmental application/service impact analysis of proposed business process/computer system changes and approving/rejecting the change proposals as required.• Coordinating the testing and implementation of business process/computer system changes that will be deployed into the local GSK manufacturing environment.• Understanding customer/stakeholder needs, identifying how best to meet those needs and reduce costs, and then "re-engineering" the stream of processes to produce efficient and repeatable business processes/operational activities.• Interacting with clients to gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements and the development of new technology.• Managing application and data security risk assessments for regulated IT applications and business processes and implementing mitigation tasks to reduce/eliminate risks to business processes and applications.• Applying Six Sigma and ADP principles and methodologies (Process Mapping, Pareto Charts, Risk Analysis, etc.) to determine the best solution(s) for customer issues, business process modeling, and application design.• Supporting operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models.• Developing and implementing effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.• Providing ongoing business process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives including the design, implementation, and measurement of key performance indicators, SAP data management and reporting, and communication to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities included:• Extracting data from legacy laboratory and manufacturing systems and cleansing data for import into SAP.• Authoring/executing test cases in SAP Client 615 (inbound/outbound) interfaces supporting LIMS and LINKS.• Parsing and loading extracted data files into per-load SAP database schemas.• Executing PL/SQL-scripts to validate Oracle tables/fields and addressing any Oracle-generated errors prior to SAP production loads.• Reviewing and executing unit test cases against business-driven requirements.

Responsibilities included:• System Administrator for a CFR 21 Part 11 validated ChemLMS (Laboratory Information Management System).• Providing project support for multiple cGMP computer system projects in a pharmaceutical environment.• Writing code and macros for use within a validated and compliant LIMS system.• Authoring, validating, and executing system and unit test cases.• Administering user accounts, including profiles, access, and SQL-reporting functions.• Trouble-shooting user problems and system-related problems.• Ensuring data integrity of laboratory data by setting database field/table limits, ranges, and/or acceptable data formats.• Reviewing/editing SOPs for use within the Zebulon QA Department.
