Working for the Developer/ Landlord my role includes the following client side tasks and responsibilities-Coordination between our Tenants, Developers, Leasing and Construction teams: - Chair meetings with tenants, architects & designers in preparation for site mobilisation. - Approve tenant designs and programs against the Landlord/ Leasing Manuals - Represent developers interests between the tenant, tenants contractors and inspection consultants / officials during all phases of the design and construction. - Ensure the developers design and construction criteria are implemented as intended. - Monitor progress of tenants construction against Key Fit Out Target dates and/or other dates as agreed. - Work with other developers teams to ensure completion and handover of units to tenants as per requirements and timelines. Lead various teams by: ¥ Facilitating coordination of design interpretation in preparation for construction; ¥ Managing external design and MEP consultants ¥ Ensuring compliance to local laws Report to Project Director in regards to the status of the following: - Establishing Landlord Guidelines, Design Documentation approvals, Unit Readiness/ Handover, Fit Out Contractor commencement/ progress and Opening /Trade dates. Manage resources by: ¥ Identifying and coordinating resource needs for project support staff; ¥ Ensuring that contractors take personal accountability for maximising productivity, minimising waste, reducing risk etc. ¥ Ensure that the design process is established within budget constraints; Oversee operations by: - Assisting team members to solve site/project problems and troubleshooting with clients where necessary - Overseeing program requirements and ensuring that team members are conversant with project requirements; - Set realistic target programs goals and evaluate, modify and reassess as required
