Director Of Manufacturing, Plant Manager
Overall responsibility for Air Products Port Manatee equipment manufacturing facility. Primary product is LNG Main Cryogenic Heat Exchangers but we have also manufactured cold boxes and other items of process equipment. Disciplines on site reporting to me are production, quality, purchasing, projects, planning, estimating, maintenance, safety and CI. Team has grown from 50 to 325 in my tenure and production of MCHE’s is at a record level for the company. Developing the teams skills and knowledge and fitting them in to the company’s culture of safety, diversity and inclusion is our, and my main goal.

Quality Manager Lng Equipment Manufacturing
Responsible for all QA and QC activities at an ISO9001 certified pressure equipment manufacturing plant. Primary product was LNG Main Cryogenic Heat Exchangers built to ASME and other relevant country codes. Then also involved in the start up of a brand new greenfield equipment manufacturing facility in Florida. Duplicating QMS, WP’s and SWIP’s. Also responsible for approving new suppliers, hiring, training etc. On start up of the new facility I was QM for both facilities that are accredited by NB/ASME , ISO9001 certified and have a Chinese Manufacturing license.

Designing industrial gas storage tanks Sbc vaporization systems.Pressure Vessel Design Engineer. Designing storage tank and customer installations to multiple design codes and country standards.Manufacturing Project Engineer. Responsible for several projects at a time and an assignment abroad to project manage a mechanical construction installation project.Methodizing and Design Liaison Engineer. Loading with remote design teams to ensure equipment manufacturability and that the equipment can be manufactured safely.Quality Engineer / NDT Level 3. Managed QMS and hourly RT team. Responsible for quality planning and production of manufacturing data books. Lead auditor and UKAS approved inspection body responsible for all AP’s pressure systems throughout the UK.
