For the last 4 years, I have been delivering ongoing training at Domestic Gas services in Gt Yarmouth.I enjoy the daily challenges of providing a diagnostic breakdown and maintenance service and take great pride in the delivery of a high first-time fix to breakdowns. I have developed very good customer service skills and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade colleagues. Managing my own business allowed me to share my knowledge, skills, and experience whilst training apprentices, which I found increased my job satisfaction.
