• Direct, motivate, and guide the Agile delivery teams. Run and contribute to Scrum ceremonies.• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including definition of features, user stories, acceptance criteria.• Break down capabilities into detail-level features consumable and testable by a delivery team in one sprint.• Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of defects, including providing key input on the decisions to fix or defer with documented workarounds.• Demonstrate aptitude and understanding of technical requirements to effectively align cross-functional groups around the strategy.• Escalate blocking items when applicable.• Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ with delivery teams, representing/reinforcing the customer’s perspective throughout the delivery lifecycle by gathering feedback on user experience and perspective. Align to business strategies and translates into requirements for delivery teams.• Review, accept, and prioritize feedback and new requirements from project stakeholders. Collaborate with business to execute against product roadmaps and release plans.• Validate requirements with businesses and engages with target users to test and iterate on client experience to confirm desired outcome, including demos.• Work with delivery team members to ensure the product functionality is appropriately documented.

• Help maintain and deliver new features and functionality for chapter website. Chapter website is currently being upgraded and migrated to a new platform. • Develop engaging, timely, and relevant content. Stay current with PMI members to meet their expectations of the chapter. • Enhance the overall brand of PMI-LA and its products and services.• Oversee the process for authoring, editing, publishing, and maintaining content for the web. Leverage best practices for the web.• Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to plan and implement changes to design and functionality of the website.• Gain insights from web analytics and create and implement plans to drive conversions, improve visitor interactions, and optimize performance of pmi-la.org.
