As the manager of reporting I am responsible for making sure client reports are delivered on time as well as ensuring clients are receiving great customer service. Also, if clients have special requests, I create and compile ad hoc reports for them. In order for our clients to get the most from our business and for them to acheive their best results, I brief clients on their performance and help coach them to better realize their missed opportunities.As a manager, it is my duty to make sure my team is happy and that they are able to complete their tasks in a timely and accurate fashion. For questions or reporting calls, they come to me and I answer them or ensure that they are passed along to the appropriate upper management.

As a senior analyst and consultant, I created reports for our clients to be delivered on a weekly and or monthly basis. To maintain superior quality control, I did quality assurance for other analysts' reports.I scheduled and led meetings with store managers to discuss performance and opportunity as well as dealt with concerns they had about our service or data accuracy and integrity.As time permitted, I also developed and improved in house tools to improve speed of report creation and improve our capacity.

As a Trade Commissioner Assistant, my primary duties were to aid small Albertan companies and also Trade Commissioners.I helped small companies attain the information they needed in their quest to expand overseas. I also evaluated the services we were providing to improve future interactions.For Trade Commissioners, I booked meetings and acted as a liaison between the heads of the small businesses and the very busy Trade Commissioners.
