I will be leading and managing all company training and continuous improvement.

As Regional Manager I am responsible for the oversight of multi unit operations. -Development of General Managers and teams-Monthly P&L for the units I am assigned-Guest communication-Report to Senior Management concerning store operations-Help in the development of corporate training, policy, and systems-Ensuring the stores in my region are stocked with proper product-Ensuring proper staffing levels and helping with promotions-Co-authoring Azzip's first training programs for all store staff positions-Coordination of new store openings -Oversight and development of training programs-Servesafe Proctor

Overall operations of the Terre Haute Azzip-Opening GM for the NRO-Training for the NRO-Staffing for the NRO-General Operations-Employee development and management-Customer satisfaction-Product inventory, invoicing and ordering-Production of product-Helping to write, ensure and follow standards set by Azzip-Work with senior management on developing and writing a team member and shift leader training program.-Sales building and marketing within my store and others-Training the Bloomington Indiana Azzip Opening-Developing my management team to accept promotions

New Restaurant Opening Training-Plan training for new restaurant openings, 9 total-Manage a team of 20 trainers during the NRO and post NRO periods-Managing Payroll of training team-Help Revise the NRO program and write information for continual training.-Facilitate NRO managers through the opening period-Follow up with NRO general managers on areas of opportunity at the end of the NRO period

Daily operations including but not limited to;-Employee management including; scheduling, development-Guest satisfaction and conflict resolution-Use of various IT systems for daily management; KDS, Aloha, Payroll Alliance, Ctuit - Knowledge of product inventory, invoicing, ordering, and vendor relations - Relevant marketing experience both local and national - Accounting for daily, weekly, monthly P&L management
