Producing weekly reports on our new starters and progress of our volunteersCoordinate the workflow within the team, providing a responsive service to managers and colleagues in accordance with Anchor processes, procedures, legislation and regulation;Using the Work/Time management procedure to specifically delegate work to the team ensuring enough time has been allowed for each task.Monitor inboxes ensuring that most important emails are processed first, delegate priority emails to members of the team.Provide support for related project work; such as restructure within the team.Provide support to the team leader in the management of the team whenrequired.Hold weekly teleconferences with resourcing team to discuss high priority care home recruitment.To cover for the Recruitment Team Leader in their absence.Tasks include, advertising vacancies internally and externally, using web based job sites, arranging interviews, processing all the administration related to the offer of employment and also dealing with unsuccessful applicants.I liaise with recruiting managers at all levels of the organisation, and depending on the role a DBS may need to be processed.Communication methods used in this role are face to face, email, telephone, fax and post.I have used my ICT skills to implement new methods of working within the Recruitment Team, making the administrator’s job easier and making the processes less time consuming, such as mail merges and the use of formulas in excel where in the past the work was done using a more manual method.
