Senior Us Client Immigration Service Manager
Current- Oversees the comprehensive client global mobility program. Monitors financial outlook to confirm strong global mobility program management- Provides leadership to maintain client relationships and ensuring overall success of the global mobility program. Ensures goals of the corporate clients are met with regards to their global immigration program and management- Proactively anticipates needs, additional service opportunities for client engagement and best practices. Delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying custom needs, ideas, and challenges- Advocates for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of customers. Complies, prepares, and distributes complex global immigration reporting for clients- Utilizes product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and training to enhance customer engagements, and achieve successful outcomes - Cultivated strategic partnership with relocation team to facilitate efficient and seamless global relocations- Provide training to new and existing team members on client specific policies and processes. Produce ongoing support to the team to ensure client requirements are communicated and achieved - Drives business strategy review process. Applies retention and recover strategies to retain longstanding client relationships. Assists in managing and maintaining immigration vendor relationships- Successfully engaged with potential clients through presentations on the offering of the company. Participate in industry conferences to stay up to date on the latest regulations and market trends
