Advised Active component, Reserve component, and National Guard forces on training, management, and leadership competencies with the goal of organizational improvement and system development. Also served as the Chief of Operations for a fifteen person consulting team that specializes in aviation, logistics, maintenance, and military engineering.

14Th Construction Management Team, Schofield Bks, Hi

Led a thirty-one person team that was responsible for the design, planning, scheduling, and management of troop construction in the Pacific Theater of Operations. Programmed, resourced, and administered fifty construction projects in five countries valued in excess of forty-five million USD. Additionally, led a thirty person task force in Thailand that provided logistics and facilities support to over 1200 Soldiers and Marines in support of Joint Multi-National training in Thailand.

Oversaw the planning, professional development, and operations of an 800 person organization tasked with the initial job skills training and advanced training of over 7,000 military engineers from all branches of the armed forces. Pursued process improvement to streamline the administrative networks in the organization. Encouraged cross talk in the organization to improve efficiency.

Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo

Managed an organization that was responsible for the advanced training of Army Engineer Officers with a daily student population of over 400 students. Advised the Program Manager and team members daily on process improvement. Expanded sphere of influence to facilitate solving un-forecasted demands on the organization.

Senior Instructor responsible for training, managing, and evaluating fifteen junior instructors. Additionally, responsible for weekly initial job skills training for classes of 82 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines. Delivered periods of instruction, updating lesson plans, proctored tests, and maintained training aids.

Supervised a twelve person team responsible for reconnaissance, planning, design, coordination, supervision, safety, and inspection of all construction for an 1100 person construction element in Iraq. Provided critical analysis to Program Managers that facilitated project completion rates well ahead of schedule. Supervised over $65 million USD in construction in Iraq.

Responsible for the training, management, and expert proficiency of 1100 people in the aerial delivery of personnel and equipment into non-permissible environments. Supervised, trained, and evaluated fifty aerial safety inspection technicians (Jumpmasters) with a safety rating of 99%. Recognized for work in the testing and evaluating of the T-11 parachute.

Responsible for the training, management, and employment of a 42 person horizontal construction element. Constructed roads, heliports, and basecamps in Afghanistan. Supervised and managed up to forty local tradesmen in addition to his organic element in order to complete roads and other infrastructure projects in Afghanistan often simultaneously serving as the Project Manager.

Responsible for the maintenance, space utilization, and renovation of all facilities in support of 3rd Corps Support Command operations. Conducted facility assessments and bi-weekly meetings with installation facility managers. Planned and coordinated the logistic facilities needs, corps ammunition holding area, initial airfield repair for the invasion of Iraq. Performed as the Publics Works Chief of Operations in Balad, Iraq after the invasion. Supervised over eighty local tradesmen and projects to renovate Balad Airbase. Managed the construction supplies warehouse that handled over 1100 lines of supplies. Managed over $150 million dollars in materials and construction contracts and contractors.
