Drove New Vehicle Supply and Demand planning through major business disruption and change, overcoming major challenges including a Business model change 2018, COVID disruptions 2020-2022 and introduced Environmental regulation 2021 - 2022. Supported strong improvements to operational efficiency, financial results and customer experience throughout.Key Responsibilites- Managing the monthly Excel forecasting for all New Vehicles (Toyota and Lexus), maximising the Supply and Demand balance for the company.- Providing weekly insights and advice to Executive and Senior Management on trends, concerns and issues, supporting best possible decision making for the company.- Optimising the procurement and delivery of national vehicle supply, improving the regional distribution accuracy and transparency of vehicle delivery timeframes to customers.- Coordinating New Vehicle future planning (5 year), providing analysis and advice on future economic, market and vehicle trends to support best possible future supply results.- Supporting Business planning and Accounting departments, analysing pricing, sales and environmental performance and influencing positive improvements to future business strategy.- Supporting other departments internally and externally by providing high quality, timely and accurate support, ensuring strong collaboration existed within the company.Most Notable Achievements- Studied & implemented demand planning after customer order data was introduced in April 2018. Utilised this information to greatly improve the visibility on vehicle demand, supporting substantial improvements to future supply planning and accuracy for the organisation.- Coordinated the environmental planning in response to Clean Car legislation introduced in June 2021, playing a critical part in the development of a long term environmental strategy & improvements to future low emission supply levels.

Supported the Parts and Accessory team to improve stock management, customer service rates and supplier relationships, helping the organisation to achieve it's first record 95% service rate and improve it's supply efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Managed the daily parts ordering from Toyota Australia and local suppliers in NZ, ensuring timely and accurate orders of parts to arrive just in time to meet the demands of the market. Maintained a positive and friendly relationship with suppliers throughout.- Analysed the stock levels, lead times and demand of parts monthly, ensuring ordering volumes were constantly updated to maximise the efficiency of parts supply.- Supported internal departments & colleagues, provided analysis and support on parts & accessory related enquiries and tasks.Most Notable Achievements- Led the implementation of a change in Supply ordering rules, utilising information gained from reading Toyota Japan textbooks on Supply Management, greatly improving the efficiency of the area.
