I am a professional educator who has good knowledge about education, schools and the teaching of English as a Home Language and as a Second/Foreign Language. Ideally, I would like to teach in a school with strong professional underpinnings and have the chance to grow my career in that school. Ultimately, I would like to move out of full-time classroom teaching into a management role within a school. I would also like to have the chance to train young teachers in the art of teaching English, as well as having a managerial or leadership role in a school. I am a sociable person who enjoys the company of interesting and friendly people. I enjoy meeting people and socialising in a variety of settings. I also enjoy travelling and sightseeing, particularly historical places. I am also a private person who also likes to spend time in the comfort of home. I would like to live in my own home or a place I can call home with all my creature comforts around me, and surrounded by good and trustworthy friends and family.
