• Spear headed the transformation of the business from analog to digital• Developed, formed, and oversaw various departments, including HR, accounting, procurement, production, sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, and R&D• Managed all aspects of the business which comprised of sourcing, maintaining good business relations with overseas producers/farmers/exporters, import and wholesale/food service distribution of premium meats and other gourmet products to restaurants, hotels, and airlines, meat processing and small-goods manufacturing, retail stores, and restaurants• Negotiated and brokered the collaboration between Swiss Butchery and NTUC, placing Swiss Butchery managed concessionary meat and deli counters within NTUC supermarket stores (to date, Swiss Butchery manages approximately 28 NTUC supermarket counters)• Negotiated and brokered the collaboration with L Capital (Investment arm of LVMH), to place Swiss Butchery counters in Jones The Grocer stores• Effectively managed a team of over 90 employees
