Night Shift ManagerLed the Night for 6 years, taking the team from 35 FTE's to Managing 430 FTE's and 400 Agency staff. Managed teams and departments to achieving KPI's. Led the team through massive transformational changes, ensuring the customer received their orders on time in full (OTIF). Ensured the team all had regular one to one's on a quarterly basis. Introduced many new ways of working including accident tool boxes across all three shifts. Led the team to achieving ground breaking pick and pack figures throughout Black Friday, hitting over 100,000 items for next day delivery. I achieved this through motivating and building trust within the team, helping them get out their comfort zone to deliver amazing and consistent results. Over 50% of the night shift managers that were in place came from within the team.
