After a company restructure, responsible for delivering a number of the Penguin and Pearson Education Groups most critical business systems hosted on OpenVMS and iSeries including ; Logpro Warehouse Management Systems (UK and Spain) Vista (Order to Cash for UK), Bookmaster ERP for Benelux, Edexcels examination results systems for GCE, GCSE and BTEC. Key achievements : Project managing a time critical move of key Edexcel examination and interface sytems from Alphas to Itanium on time and in budget.

Cost centre manager with a £1M budget. Responsible for delivering the following systems to the Penguin, Pearson Education and Financial Times Groups; SAP ECC, Portal, GRC Process Controls, GRC Access Controls, Klopotek Rights and Royalties, Virtusales B3 for Production, Opentext document archiving and over 100 other databases and website applications hosted both in-house and at external hosting providers. Key achievements : Initiating and technically leading the restructuring of SAP systems from Unix to Windows environments at an annual saving of over £200K, Initiating and project manageing the consolidation of many sql server databases with no resiliency to a highly consolidated and resilient environment.
