Program Manager, Asset Management and State of Good Repair. Responsible for the development and delivery of asset management and long-term state of good repair capital plans and strategies for the Region of Peel's waste management infrastructure.

•Plan, schedule and manage multidisciplinary capital projects including studies, environmental assessments, design, and construction related to waste management facilities. • Research, initiate and monitor the development and construction of waste management facilities • Review development applications to ensure compliance with the waste collection design standards • Research, develop and monitor new waste management technology as it enters the marketplace • Provide technical and professional advice and guidance to internal and external contacts • Address issues and communicate with area municipalities and the public • .Control budgets and expenditures for captial works projects • Manage consultant and construction contracts • Hire, train and supervise staff • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and facilitate compliance training for staff.
