As Quantum General Manager I was responsible for managing family shareholders, managing commercial sales opportunities, forming company strategy, vision, and values, implementing health, safety and wellness policies, strategic training for staff, and forming company procedures and policies. Reporting directly to the board, my time as Quantum General Manager saw an increase in company sales and in GP %. During my tenure I was also responsible for managing the new Auckland operations and profitability, increasing staff for growth management, launching new products with maximum impact, driving promotional and marketing strategies, new business opportunities and overall business direction. My time with Quantum Group was extremely rewarding however I am now looking for a new challenge within a company that is sustainable, forward thinking and dynamic where I can utilise my extensive skills as an executive to drive a highly successful business.

Palmerston North

As Hynds Pipe Systems, Manawatu Regional Manager I successfully implemented a structured sales approach within the branch, which allowed the company to exceed budget. During my time at Hynds Palmerston North, I also increased the branch audit ranking for two years running. Responsible for managing all staff, implementing health, safety and wellness policies at regional level, strategic training for staff, and forming company procedures and policies, I was recognised for the value I added to Hynds and made supervisor of both the Masterton and Kapiti branches. Successful marketing, sales and branding excellence I implemented at Hynds increased overall rural sales revenue. During my tenure I also achieved the largest percentage increase across all NZ branches.

Dannevirke

As Tumu ITM General Manager and Shareholder I exceeded budget year on year through continuous planning, strategy and staff empowerment. My time with Tumu ITM saw me responsible with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, implementing and managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals to employees. Responsible for supporting staff development, enhancing efficiency, driving sales & improving revenue, I maintained and grew relationships with key clients, enhanced the organization's image, and exceeded all company growth objectives.

Dannevirke

General Manager / Senior Leader of The Hub, a not for profit organisation based in Dannevirke. In my role I was required to oversee the health and wellbeing of the local christian community, strategically lead and give direction to the members. During this time I was also chairman of the board. My time at The Hub saw my team responsible for many local and international initiatives including building several schools and church’s in India for the poor and under privileged. Locally we implemented a major food bank which supported the surrounding district along with a clothing and appliance store. During my tenure I also oversaw planning and construction of The Hub building through to completion.
