Maintained accountability and maintenance of organizational property valued at over $120,000. • Led over 30 ceremonies throughout the Washington D.C. area and New York representing the U.S Army to foreign dignitaries and military officials. Consistently coordinated logistics with lodging, meals, and transportation for all ceremonies; executed the ceremonies with minimal guidance from higher leaders as the officer in charge.• Created intricate control systems through Microsoft to track and develop the team’s physical fitness program.• Communicated directly with U.S. Secret Service and local police forces during ceremonies. Engaged in risk management to analyze all safety concerns.

Responsible for maintaining accountability and serviceability of over $13 million dollars worth of equipment. • Analyzed and developed new operating procedures, risk management, and training for mortar leaders that resulted in a successful deployment to South Africa as the only heavy weapons asset for our 800-personnel organization.• Deployed to South Africa to support the training of South African Military Forces. Managed logistics and distribution of supply and resources for the entire rotation there and back; resulting in over $1 million dollars of equipment being shipped to South Africa and back.• Empowered team members and challenged them to successfully understand planning, organization, and preparation above their level.

Led a Platoon 35 soldiers that were ready to deploy at a moment’s notice. In charge of planning, preparing, and executing all platoon training, maintenance operations, physical fitness training, and Soldier/Family support programs.
