Provide leadership to the Global Foodservice team providing the employees of LinkedIn a superior quality dining experience across the globe

Responsible for global strategy to support the onsite feeding of the Ford Motor Company employees. Managing of multiple providers that feed both salary and manufacturing cafes, including an extensive coffee program and 24 hour markets. Overall catering operations are a part of this scope to support a conference center, executive dining, and conference rooms. Sustainability, zero waste programs, and technology innovations are driving this global program.

Managed all aspects of Global Foodservices services to internal and external customers including executives, mid-managers and program stakeholders. Created and manage a multitier strategy for employee programs within an integrator model structure including café foodservice, beverage and vending, catering and hospitality, audio visual, conference services, reception, mail, art program, transportation and parking services, conference rooms and meeting services. Act as the executive employee services consultant for a broad range of stakeholders to leverage industry knowledge and data-based operational excellence.

Provided leadership and vision to the best corporate onsite dining program on the planet. Introduced technology concepts and processes that had never been accomplished in the industry. Established communications across global sites causing collaboration among parties that had previously not engaged. Managed over $100M in direct budget and used influencing skills to direct global partners in supplier management. Provided executive level communications to lead worldwide sustainability initiatives driving Microsoft to be the market leader in such efforts.
