Overall responsibility for managing the day to day activities of a car lot for the country’s largest auto repossession company. Responsible for creating and maintaining all documentation for vehicles being transported to the different auto auctions as well as cars being redeemed by debtors. A proprietary software used by the 911 team to create projects of different types to ensure that all teams within the 911 Group were aware of changes to the 911 network. Held meetings to gather system requirements for system upgrades from the end-users and then worked with the Development team to turn those requirements into system upgrades for the Application. Conducted User Acceptance testing for upgrades prior to the turn up of the system upgrades to ensure that the application functioned correctly and the upgrade worked as designed.
