inRound Innovations is an IT professional services company based in Ottawa that specializes in ITSM Consulting, IT & Management Professionals, Service Desk Solutions and Training. As a Senior Technical Recruiter I am responsible for the entire recruitment process from placing proactive ads to contract follow up and management.Common activities include, but are not limited to the following:- Posting proactive and reactive ads to populate the database and supply clients with resources to work contracts- Contacting, interviewing and following up with potential candidates- Making introductions between clients and contractors/employees- Reviewing and rating resumes for current opportunities and future use- Meeting with clients to discuss future needs as well as current ongoing contracts- Performing pricing negotiations with resources and clients- Updating and improving recruitment processes including the role of and tasks done with our Applicant Tracking System, reporting and report analysis functions, workflow processes and overall operations- Coordinating with our sales staff to plan and schedule all deliverables for our clients across the many services we provide

Responsible for overseeing all operations and aspects of the business while developing evolving action plans to meet and exceed plan targets. Managed between 100-130 employees at a given time between two locations with a combined annual revenue of between $4-5 million.
