As an VP, Head of Property and Claims Solution i’m responsible for the Vendor Management, Claims Recovery Organization, Quality Assurance Training and Compliance Organization. I'm also responsible for the growth and performance of property claims organization. I have recently assisted in developing a new virtual estimating program. I have assisted in creating new vendors for our Property and Casualty claims department. I have led a team in creating new claim guidelines and CAT plan.

I currently lead quality data analytics for property damages, providing monthly reporting and trending to senior leadership. I work closely with all property vendors to review results and create action plans. I work with internal partners to develop strategies, drive performance and track quality results for future training opportunities. I recently created a new database to track quality results to enhance claims quality and analytics. I lead all monthly calibration calls with internal and external stakeholders to help improve overall quality. I place importance on developing my direct reports to help them improve and create leadership opportunities.

As a Senior Catastrophe claims adjuster I participated in many pilots of estimating software and process improvement programs. I was a member the of the Process Improvement team and was the Quality representative for my team. I was a field mentor for new hirers and a Large Loss backup adjuster. I performed those task while handling a high claim volume with excellent results.

As a Program and Performance Manager at Travelport I managed multiple vendors. I led the training program and performed onsite evaluation in Belgium and Romania. I created our technical training program while assisting in outsourcing our call center. I led a team in translating our technical training documentation into 14 languages. I streamlined our training process by reducing preparation time and documentation requirements by 50%. I was lead Project Manager in the creation of our product certification program for internal and external partners. Prior to my role as Program and Performance Manager, I was part of a highly successful onsite conversion for our Asia distribution partner in Hong Kong.
