Participates in root cause analysis in order to determine appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and Technology team. Provides analytical and technical guidance to users regarding functional capabilities of the SAP modules and the technical environment. Translates business requirements to functional specifications and provides business process support for SAP development team. Generates test runs for user acceptance testing and assists users in executing tests. Assists on user training for new and modified systems in cooperation with departmental resources. Creates business standard documentation for new system enhancements.Achievements:Configured and maintained WM setup for multiple SAP WM system conversions from a mainframe COBOL system to SAP R/3 4.6C.Designed a custom packing transaction in SAP R/3 4.6C which allowed for the processing of specialized orders more efficiently as well as enforce custom shipping requirements.Technical lead for project for interfacing SAP WM with and an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) which increased warehouse productivity and throughput.
