I am a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group at Dentons. Although seated in Ottawa, I practice and accept mandates widely throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario generally, as well as from other Canadian provinces.My practice focuses on construction litigation, commercial litigation, actions involving claims of fraud and breach of trust, corporate and shareholder disputes, and bankruptcy litigation.I regularly assist clients with negotiating, mediating, arbitrating and litigating construction disputes, including construction liens, trust claims, delay and impact claims, labour and material payment bond claims, negligence claims and other contract disputes. I also have experience preparing and negotiating various forms of construction contracts, and am intimately familiar with the ongoing industry changes affected by Ontario’s new Construction Act. I regularly appears before courts at all levels as well as in private arbitration proceedings throughout Ontario.
