Experienced post 16 Sport tutor and higher education Sport lecturer, leader, manager, football coach and PE teacher. Recently received MSc Football Science having already graduated from BA Hons Football studies degree at Southampton Solent University 2009, along with being a qualified UEFA B license coach. My main experience is having worked with 16-23 year olds whilst in the position of Education Manager at Southampton Football club for 8 years and within my current job at present. At Southampton FC i managed a Football and Education level 3 sport programme and foundation degree for over 250 further education students across multiple sites in Hampshire, Wiltshire and the Isle of Wight. I also coached within key stage 1 and 2 education/sport with various programmes within primary and secondary schools delivery multi sports and football sessions to a variety of ages groups from 6-15 years old. At Southampton FC i managed a team of 20 staff from teachers to coaches and part time staff. In my current role i am a Sports Tutor at Eastleigh Football Club and through Juniper Training, deliver weekly lessons within their academy and 3rd year courses. As part of my role i will also be responsible for Business Development and bringing in some new business for Juniper, looking at apprenticeships and any opportunities for possible new business.
