It is not just our customers who’ll benefit from my digital knowledge. I make sure my teammates are up-to-speed with the latest tech and can ‘wow’ with their demos. I also act as part of the management team so if he isn't there I step up to the plate to make sure the store is maintained effectively and to the same high standard .

My job was to entice people with my passion for digital and make emotional connections with our customers, taking them on a voyage of discovery and showing them how technology can add a whole new dimension to their lives. My customers trust me to surprise and delight them, as I provide the perfect digital products and services. And I never let them down, as I take the time to listen, understand and put smiles on their faces. I am someone who gets on well with everyone I meet, I make sure everybody who walks through the door instantly feels at home.
