Manage the Underwriting for the state of Texas, create processes to benefit both the Sales and Claims operations. Create a unified team through various streams of risk evaluation, service levels and operations maintenance. Effectively help bridge and communicate concerns, issues and resolutions between Sales, Claims, Administration and Executive teams. Coordinate local, district, carrier and state audits to ensure all levels of compliance are met. Report to executive team and identify trends in non-compliance and provide resolution initiatives.

Responsibilities included reporting to carriers on monthly, weekly and daily production figures related to insurance (earned, collected, incurred). Analyzing various reports to identify loss ratio trends. Communicating with key individuals from carriers and re-insurers and assist in required audits.

Setup initial call center programs, provide training and support to new hires, support various departments in reports analytics.
