I am a licensed Landscape Architect with 25 years of experience in commercial site design, preparation of construction documents and plans, and providing construction administration services on a multitude of commercial sites, office complexes, parks, and production facility projects.I am especially familiar with land development regulations and landscape codes used in designing commercial developments, parking lots and traffic circulation, creating buffers, providing street side plantings and parking lot screens, landscaping of parking lot interiors, onsite stormwater management, and site grading.My experience includes producing the designs and construction documents for parks and commercial sites such as banks, shopping centers, auto dealerships, and medical offices. I am currently involved with a program producing the site plan designs for a luxury carwash chain across the southeastern parts of the U.S.. To date I have designed over 100 of the luxury carwashes. This includes the FEMA, utility, and zoning due diligence research needed to properly design the sites. I am also involved in a similar program for a small retail chain expansion program. I have previously worked on the national expansion for a fast food restaurant chain, designing over 900 sites for across the country. I am licensed to practice Landscape Architecture in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

While at CSRS, I was part of a team that ran a program for national restaurant chain. I was responsible for producing the designs for the restaurants we I set the site design standards. I designed over 900 restaurants site plans for this chain. I also designed numerous site plans and produced construction documents for a national pharmacy chain.
