I have worked in the Hospitality industry for over 20 years starting part-time when I was at College and continuing through my time at University and have been an integral part of the management team ever since in my various roles. Every business I have worked at has enjoyed great success and improvement (both in standards and P&L) in no small part due to the sheer hard work I have put in during my time there and the fact I like to lead by example, I would not ask anyone to do a job that I would not be willing to do myself and this has been reflected in the loyalty and dedication shown to me by previous employees. I have been a part of the JD Wetherspoon management team for over 10 years and due to a lack of opportunities for progression within the business I am now looking for a new challenge
