I also supported other key areas including 'precautionary allergen labelling' and worked with colleagues in our incident team to provide responses to urgent allergy incidents in a timely and prompt way, providing clear recommendations to FSA colleagues on how the matter should be handled, in line with food hypersensitivity policy and legislation. Working nationally in operational delivery, I led on two workstreams exploring 'Shared Accountability' between the regulator and industry and 'Robust Assurance', developing regulatory practices to provide the greatest assurance for industry, the regulator and ultimately consumers. Working as a project coordinator for the workstreams, I oversaw and led on numerous initiatives within the workstreams, coordinating their project delivery, governance, and implementation. The collective workstreams and initiatives within them supported the continual development of the Future Delivery Model (FDM), which will drive operational change in how the Food Standards Agency delivers Official Controls.My main duties were project management / coordination, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery, I ensured that the projects were managed according to timescales and that key milestones were met.
