Working nationally in operational delivery, I led on two workstreams exploring 'Shared Accountability' between the regulator and industry and 'Robust Assurance', developing regulatory practices to provide the greatest assurance for industry, the regulator and ultimately consumers. Working as a project coordinator for the workstreams, I oversaw and led on numerous initiatives within the workstreams, coordinating their project delivery, governance, and implementation.
