Oversaw the successful $150M plant and distribution modernization. Winner of International District Energy Association Thermal System of the Year 2021.Performed due diligence and acquisition of MRMC Campus potable, storm and sanitary systems in 2021. MRMC Water operation includes two elevated storage tanks and booster station designed and constructed in 2019 under my direction.Led design and construction of 87th St reconstruction and utilities replacement. Three-year effort to rebuild all utilities, increase from 2 to 4 lanes while maintaining two-way traffic during construction. Project significantly improved pedestrian and vehicle safety and is a complete street that supports multi-modal transportation options. Winner of ACEC, ASCE, and Daily Reporter awards.Manage and lead operation, maintenance, and recapitalization of campus-wide shared services: - Potable, storm and sanitary water systems- Landscaping and snow removal- Roadway, traffic signals, and streetlights- Utility mapping- Wayfinding signage
