Vice President, Capital Investments & Transactions
I was selected to join the Capital Investments & Transactions team in Global Finance. My expanded responsibilities included executing global corporate M&A transactions, equity investments and strategic projects. I negotiated hotel brand acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, credit card agreements and master license deals. I coordinated cross-functional teams on key strategic projects. Lastly, I negotiated individual hotel financing transactions that utilized IHG's balance sheet including credit enhancements and bridge loans.

As Chief Capital Markets Officer for the Americas, I advised and assisted IHG owners with their efforts to obtain financing.
