I did a variety of duties such as, help ground setup for sales when there were 950 carsales, clerk sale, check-in consignments, and input all yard data entry/ images.- Made up maps of yard and yard paperwork such as move logs, enhancementlogs, and sale numbering logs.-LA 2006 - 2007- Worked for/ learned from Glynn Youngblood, Henry Valenzuela.- I did a variety of duties such as sale setup, maintaining the hold area, and drop zone.-Achievements include improving quality of images, enhancing retention of sale keys,and rewriting yard paperwork.-Covering for other employees includes Yard Manager, all drop zone employees,loader, sale mechanic, ring man, and billing clerk.-Facility Manager for the South West region 2007- 2008-Assisted regional management with local Management/ Supervisor coverage.-Headed projects, PowerPoint presentations, Theft investigations, etc.-Fresno 2008 to May 2012-Branch Manager over two supervisors, seven employees, two tow companies-At start we were running 120 cars bi-weekly, we currently run 250 weekly-Past two years have won back to back awards for overall branch achievement-Computer software deployment testing for development and training.
