Skills- With experience ATE, Test Handlers and Wafer Probers.- Experience design testboard and loadboard for EDS and FT testing.- Development Test Program for EDS and FT testing.- Can repair and modify test hardware with basic soldering, etc. - With knowledge on fundamental programming, troubleshooting equipment(DMM, Oscilloscope).- Electronic troubleshooting ( 5 senses, Isolation and AB-BA method).- Strong experience in test development, service application, and production environment setting.- DMAIC Problem Solving, DOE, CPK and Cgm Analysis.- With extended knowledge with processess (cleaning substrates, leadframes, wafer, wirebonding).- Have a strong attention to detail and suggests improvements.- Excellent time and project management- Can work under pressure.- Ability to handle tasks efficiently with minimum supervision. - Can adapt to different types of culture and comply to standard quality procedures. - Able to work well across disciplines and department and with different nationalities (Japanese, Malaysian, Singaporean, German, American)- Exceeds expected deliverables with Business trips.
