A time served Bricklaying apprentice with C&G craft & advanced craft qualifications. I have my Teaching qualifications (Cert Ed) along with the Assessor and IQA quality assurance qualifications. I have a vast site experience and also site management experience. I have excellent knowledge and skills within the full Modern Apprenticeship training cycle, from identifying learning needs, creating, preparing and delivering training, both in theory and practical sessions. I have a proven track record in delivering high quality training, receiving consistently excellent feedback through teaching observations and have been awarded numerous graded 1 observations by college internal observations and OFSTED inspectors. My working site experience covered working on new builds, renovations, refurbishment and extensions. This included government projects, working for EX PM John Major and Lady Jane Westminster. The pinnacle award was winning the best in England National Heritage award for Walsingham refectory. Developed and maintained successful working relationships with colleagues and external agencies. Up to date skills and knowledge including Health & Safety procedures and building regulations and recently undertaking EPA for NOCN.
