Afghanista

• Contracted to the U.S. ARMY'S Warrior Training Alliance, in support of Coalition SOCOM, to provide SME support to US Special Operations Forces and their Afghan Partners.• Developed Periods of Instruction, Practical Exercises, and provided instruction for an eight-week course teaching the basic principles of Surveillance and Reconnaissance to Afghan National Mission Units in direct support of Coalition Special Operations Forces. Technical Courses focused on the use of the Nikon camera, lens selection and application, tripods and converters, compact cameras, video cameras, transfer of digital images, photographing through cover vehicles. Establishment of observation points in order to conduct Static Surveillance, Urban and Rural Reconnaissance.• Field Courses focused on construction and use of an observation post, map reading, GPS use, Dress sense and appearance, use of cover, use of covert vehicles, passes on foot, Drop-off and pick-up points, and radio procedures.

Contracted to the U.S. ARMY'S counterintelligence division, in support of USSOCOM, to provide SME support to US Special Operations Forces.• Worked exclusively with Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) to assess for early warning indicators of Inside the Wire Threats and Green on Blue Threats from their Afghan counterparts; to include Afghan Commandos, Afghan Special Forces, Afghan Local Police, Afghan Border Police, and local militias known as the People's Uprising Movement (PUM).• Increased collaboration with SOTF-A and SOJTF-A command and intelligence entities (both tactical and strategic) to meet intelligence requirements and to deliver collection and force protection recommendations.• Development of potential sources of intelligence for use by ODA.• Create weekly intelligence-based assessments for use by senior task force leadership and national-level decision makers.• Knowledge and use of intelligence process and cycle; extensive use of intelligence research tools; procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; extensive working relationships with numerous intelligence organizations. Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

Managed eight personnel Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Team provided HUMINT collection support to a 435 Soldier Special Forces Battalion that regularly deployed Special Forces Operational Detachment Alphas (SFODA) throughout the CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and EUCOM Areas of Responsibility (AOR). Provided embedded HUMINT support to 18 SFODA; advises the Battalion Commander on HUMINT operations and employment, provides detailed assessments of foreign intelligence and security threats near Operational Bases and Areas of Operation; conducted post-operation strategic debriefings; planned and executed real-world HUMINT operations; liaised with other United States and allied elements; conducted Source Operations; assisted in conducting Advanced Special Operations and was accountable for equipment valued at $1,300,000

Fairbanks, Alaska / Afghanistan

Served as a First Sergeant of a Military Intelligence company in direst support of the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division during Operation Enduring Freedom; responsible for the daily administration, accountability, training and welfare of 79 Soldiers encompassing 17 Military Occupational Specialties. Supervised the maintance and accountability of 36 pieces of rolling stock, 7 critical intelligence platforms and supporting equipment valued at over 15 million dollars.
