Proven leader with 19+ year’s collective experience in the Cybersecurity, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Law Enforcement Intelligence communities. Specialized in program management, information systems security, and Risk Management Framework (RMF). Currently working in a fully remote role for the past eight years, having been requested to support the same client across several employers while assuming the responsibilities of three separate full-time roles. Presently serving as both Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Project Manager (PM) to the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC), responsible for all security operations on a Research, Development, Testing, & Evaluation (RDT&E) network utilizing a unique “zoned” enclave architecture. Previously served at the same installation managing three separate projects as Program Manager while also maintaining both ISSM and ISSO responsibilities for the development, security, and accreditation of a new information system. Prior to that role, served as Deputy Program Manager to the FEMA IT Security Resiliency Review effort, directing a cast of 100+ individuals tasked with the Security Authorization for each of FEMA’s IT systems, successfully elevating FEMA’s FISMA compliance scorecard from red to green by accrediting over 200 information systems within just a year’s time.
