Ensure that incident tickets have the most current information and or applicable corrective action(s). Ensure follow-up changes, incident tickets, and work orders are submitted and scheduled as appropriate. Perform trend analyses on incidents, developing and publishing reports as directed. Documents the relationship of incidents to configuration items. Documents and tracks plan(s) to resolve, prevent, and mitigate future incidents of the same nature. Monitor the effectiveness of the Incident Management Process and making recommendations for improvement.Format and disseminates reports to higher leadership, peers, and subordinate units. Prepare and conduct the OCONUS and CONUS weekly meeting. Participates in SOCOM 0815 meeting and the 16 Air Force 1200 meetings and any additional meetings and/or conferences as needed. Analyses, prepares, and disseminates Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) to higher leadership, peers, and subordinate units.Set up IT support systems so end users can utilize systems with minimal issues. Engages and coordinates technical resources across IT support teams. Perform work completion, notifications, and escalations within prescribed service level agreements (SLAs).
