 Working with a range of materials such as wood and laminates. Fitting on new builds and re-furbs. Working on doors, cabinets, shelves, stairways, counters closets and wall panels. Selecting appropriate materials/tools for each task ensuring deadlines are met.

 Carrying out joinery work on various commercial and domestic properties.  Completing a range of joinery works including fitting bathrooms, kitchens and conservatories. Following drawings and diagrams when completing work scopes including loft conversions. Identifying, isolating and eliminating work hazards.

 Completing joinery work scopes working on TV sets. Working closely with client when reporting project progress and ensuring there is no impact on deadlines. Inspecting and maintaining equipment and tools.

 Working on various commercial properties carrying out first/second fixes.  Carrying out joinery as well as maintenance, major and minor construction work. Ensuring that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.

 Managing a team of Joiners ensuring task are completed on time and to specification. Carrying out both first and second fixes working on numerous properties.  Managing and leading all construction aspects from initial project brief through to project handover.  Developing clear and achievable objectives relating to budget, manpower, materials and scheduling. Assessing priorities, allocating timescales and distributing work per level of expertise required. Ensuring squads are of the correct size and experience level to safely complete all tasks.
