Account Director and Programme Lead responsible for management and growth of key client accounts. Highlights included:Design, delivery and management of the “Leading Champions’ programme for Co-op Food. This was a leadership development programme for their top 350 leaders as part of the ‘Co-op rebuild’. Post-programme evaluation showed an increase in employee engagement of 8% (versus typical increases of 1-2%) and increases in several KPI’sDelivery of Leadership and coaching development programmes for Arriva, Laing O'Rourke, Nike, Oracle, & Wellness Foods.

Design and delivery of the ‘Leading for Performance Programme’ for Severn Trent Water. Following a change in their operating model, STW wanted a programme which supported their leaders to translate and deliver their strategy with their teams (1600 employees in total). Post-programme evaluation showed a strong impact on the work practices of leaders. Developed the Lane4 High Performance Environment (HPE) model and scan diagnostic as part of my PhD, which has revenued over £1m to-date. Responsible for selling the HPE Scan diagnostic to clients, project managing the diagnostic phase, analysing data using SPSS, and feeding back the results to clients in workshops.
