• Responsible for managing client accounts, facilitating the design and manufacture of display stands to meet clients’ point of sale and overall marketing needs. Overall Objectives:
• To generate sales from clients,
• To receive point of sale solution briefs from clients and ensure the company meets them in accordance with clients marketing needs, time limits and budgets.
• To project manage jobs ensuring efficient production and delivery as required by clients.
• To increase the company’s client base through development of relationships with new clients.During my time with Display Group I reached $1 million in sales, this was achieved by developing existing blue chip accounts.

Upon joining the Lauren sales team I was able to retain my alliance with a major corporate client from my previous company even though I had not been part of the sales environment there. I then spent the next 5 years being responsible for generating my own client base which included other top corporate companies, together with servicing various house.

• A hands-on management role responsible for ten staff with experience ranging from planning to MAC operating which includes – interviewing, staff reviews, training schedules, motivation and salary reviews.Overall.
• Dealing with all reprographic materials, digital, mounting, and laminating.

Total responsibility for all reprographic work passing through the studio, development of job costing system, in charge of three staff,Camera operating, liaising with clients, purchasing studio materials.Introduced flatbed cutting systems (acrylic/vinyl)Undertaking and co-ordinating additional workload from other trade houses.
