Presenting to the Management team on a bi-monthly basis on how my Region is performing in all areas and being involved in Head Office projects to drive the business forward. Helping to design Business and Marketing plans to guide the accounts to maximize the business opportunities that are available to them. A large proportion of my time is spent training and presenting to advisors and networks, working closely with Head Office team to deliver an effective service to our policy holders and 3500 registered advisors. Promoted to Senior BDM in March 2013.
