I have a proven track record of developing high performing, service oriented teams. I am experienced with establishing effective IT governance structures, achieving ROI, and managing large projects and budgets. I have been successful in developing IT strategies and leading teams to implement information systems on time and on budget. I have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.I really enjoy helping organizations and colleagues achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. Being an avid sailor, I decided to take a 2 year sabbatical from my career (2011 to 2013) to focus on achieving one of my life long goals and challenge myself, along with my wife, to sail around the world. Having successfully completed this personal ambition, I resumed my career and became an independent IT consultant. This led to an opportunity for me to accept a position as CIO & CISO offered to me by one of my clients, Professional Research Consultants. I recently relocated to North Carolina to be closer to family and am continuing in the role of CISO for PRC.
